Job Description

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team across brand and operations
  • Create and manage business plans with clear KPIs across commercial, marketing, and operations
  • Oversee full P&L management to drive profitability and sustainable growth
  • Analyze performance to identify opportunities, gaps, and strategic improvements
  • Strengthen processes and operational workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with brands and marketplace platforms
  • Lead annual negotiations and key commercial agreements
  • Stay ahead of industry and e-commerce trends to identify new growth opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years' experience in commercial, category management, or e-commerce roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in brand building within e-commerce
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and people development capabilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-builder with both internal teams and external partners
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and consumer behavior
