Job Description



  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for assigned product categories, aligned with overall business objectives.


  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to define category growth opportunities and set sales, margin, and performance targets.


  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure effective seller support, account performance, and alignment with business goals.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to curate and optimize product assortment, maintain healthy inventory levels, and enhance fulfillment efficiency.


  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and execute impactful promotional campaigns in partnership with the marketing team to drive visibility and conversion.


  • Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities and ensure strong market positioning.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key sellers, conduct business reviews, and provide strategic guidance to drive mutual growth and success.


  • Analyze category performance data to identify opportunities, optimize assortment and pricing, and make data-driven decisions.


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams-including marketing, retail, campaigns, livestream, product, and customer service-to execute category initiatives and achieve business objectives.

The Successful Applicant



  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in category management, merchandising, or account management within e-commerce or retail; team management experience is an advantage.


  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights.


  • Proven ability to develop and execute long-term category strategies that drive growth and profitability.


  • Skilled in negotiating with sellers and brands to secure competitive pricing, promotions, and investments.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment with adaptability to changing priorities.


  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and motivating teams to achieve performance targets.


  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and a passion for enhancing the shopping experience.


  • Solid commercial acumen with knowledge of pricing, promotions, and profitability levers in e-commerce.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
