Job Description

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure compensation practices remain attractive and compliant.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design incentive and rewards programs.
  • Manage employee benefits plans, including HMO and other offered perks.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams on compensation and benefits policies.
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits in a timely and professional manner.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management.
  • Experience in salary benchmarking and job grading methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and policy‑writing skills.
