Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations and provide direction to on-ground teams
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local authorities and external stakeholders
  • Track operational metrics and implement actions to consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Plan and control resource allocation, ensuring efficient and responsible use of budgets
  • Address operational challenges proactively and manage escalations with urgency
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of city-wide initiatives and programs
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
  • Brings at least 5 years of experience managing operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong capability in planning, execution, and driving operational strategies
  • Proven track record in leading teams and delivering results through others
  • Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experienced in performance tracking, data analysis, and budget oversight
  • Comfortable using productivity tools such as MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting
