Job Description

  • Oversee all Cebu operations.
  • Ensure sufficient biker/driver supply in Cebu.
  • Support and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the escalation point for biker-related concerns and communicate issues internally.
  • Understand operational performance metrics, including:
    • Revenue
    • Completed bookings/rides
    • Assess market competitiveness.
    • Lead and manage people and operational teams.
    • Quickly learn and understand current products and processes.



Work Setup

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Arrangement: Fully onsite

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cebu Operations Lead should have:Preferably 10 years of experience in:

  • Transportation
  • Logistics
  • Service operations
  • Strong operations management background.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Language Requirement
  • Must be able to speak Cebuano.

Leadership Requirements

  • Experienced people manager.
  • Comfortable leading multiple operational functions.
  • Strong analytical and business assessment capabilities.
