• Bachelors degree
• Timekeeping for scheduling
• 3 yrs supervisory role
• 3 yrs exp in staffing/ scheduling software in a 24/7 healthcare setting

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a centralized scheduling team, driving performance, collaboration, problem-solving, and employee development.Ensure high standards of customer service through proactive communication and stakeholder management.
• Oversee workforce schedules within staffing systems, ensuring optimal coverage, skill mix, and operational efficiency.Manage schedule balancing, posting, and ongoing maintenance to support daily staffing requirements.
• Monitor staffing trends and forecasted demand, proactively escalating recruitment needs.
• Oversee premium pay, critical shift incentives, reporting, and compliance with established policies and procedures.Serve as the escalation point for scheduling inquiries, shared mailbox requests, and new hire communications.
• Develop and deliver training materials and process guidance for scheduling operations.
• Track team performance against KPIs and generate reports to support operational goals.Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and workforce management best practices.
