The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will act as a key strategic partner to the CEO and COO, leading capital strategy, financial governance, and scaling initiatives within a high-growth technology platform based in Ortigas City, Metro Manila. This Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position blends executive leadership with hands-on execution across transactions, investor engagement, and IPO readiness at both regional and global levels.

Job Description

  • Lead financial strategy, FP&A, treasury, and risk across regional operations in Ortigas City, Metro Manila.
  • Drive capital formation, fund structuring, and institutional fundraising initiatives
  • Execute end-to-end transactions across debt, equity, and structured finance
  • Build investor relations and lead board-level reporting and IPO readiness

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leadership with regional or global exposure
  • Strong background in capital markets, investment banking, or fund structuring
  • Hands-on delivery of complex financial transactions and execution
  • Deep expertise in financial governance, treasury, and multi-entity environments
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels



Good-to-haves:

  • IPO exposure in Singapore, Europe, or other developed markets
  • Background in investment banking, private equity, or institutional platforms
  • Experience within high-growth technology or platform-led businesses or real estate and property
  • Open to expatriate or regional talent with cross-border leadership exposure.
