Job Description

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and overall performance management
  • Oversee treasury, risk management, and financial controls
  • Support capital strategy, fundraising initiatives, and investor engagement
  • Strengthen governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic growth initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally at CFO level
  • Background in capital markets, investments, or structured finance
  • Experience engaging with institutional investors and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, risk, and multi-entity environments
