Job Description

Key responsibilities of the CFO role:

  • Lead the Accounting & Finance function and provide clear financial direction for business operations.
  • Oversee financial planning activities to support informed commercial and operational decisions.
  • Review financial performance and present clear insights to guide business priorities.
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting that gives stakeholders a reliable view of results.
  • Develop financial plans and budgets that align with business requirements.
  • Monitor financial controls and processes to promote accuracy and consistency in financial information.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to translate financial data into practical business actions.
  • Drive improvements in finance processes to strengthen reporting quality and efficiency.
