Job Description

  • Define key capabilities to build within the org given 2027 growth goals
  • Lead HR Operations, HRBP, Rewards, and HR Governance for the business, and work closely with the CEO in aligning the people strategy to the overall business strategy
  • Drive TA Operations to meet aggressive growth goals for 2027

The Successful Applicant

  • OD track record with experience driving performance management for large populations
  • Experienced HR leader with experience being a manager of managers
  • Stellar stakeholder experience, with a track record of collaboration with global stakeholders
