Job Description

  • Own and drive the end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap across Payments, Lending, and Accounts & Services (with future expansion into Cards)
  • Translate business goals and commercial opportunities into clear product initiatives and priorities
  • Lead and scale the product team (currently 2 product-focused team members covering Payments and Lending)
  • Act as the primary product partner to Sales and commercial teams, with a strong B2B focus
  • Define product requirements and ensure successful delivery in collaboration with outsourced engineering teams
  • Leverage APIs and embedded finance capabilities to create scalable, partner‑ready solutions
  • Use deep understanding of the Philippine FinTech and Digital Banking landscape to inform product decisions
  • Validate product-market fit, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies
  • Continuously identify opportunities for product expansion and innovation

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in FinTech or Digital Banking, ideally in a product leadership role
  • Strong exposure to both Payments and Lending products
  • Demonstrated ownership of product roadmap and strategy
  • Hands‑on understanding of:
    • APIs and API‑first products
    • Embedded finance models
  • Deep knowledge of the Philippine market, including customer behavior, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, revenue goals, and scalability
  • Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams
