Job Description

We are partnering with a well establish Philippine organization undergoing a significant transformation agenda to appoint a Chief Technology Officer. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will lead the group's centralized technology function, overseeing infrastructure, enterprise applications, data, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and emerging technology initiatives.

This role is less about deep technical specialization and more about leading transformation in a complex, legacy environment. The successful candidate will build credibility across the executive team, align stakeholders around a common vision, and drive the organization's technology and digital agenda while balancing operational excellence with pragmatic change leadership.

  • Lead the enterprise technology strategy, operations, and transformation roadmap.
  • Drive enterprise-wide modernization, automation, AI enablement, and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to align technology investments with business priorities.
  • Strengthen governance, vendor management, technology risk controls, and operational resilience.
  • Develop a high-performing technology organization across infrastructure, devOps, enterprise applications, digital platforms, and related functions.

The Successful Applicant

We are interested in speaking with technology leaders who have successfully driven transformation within established, founder-led, family-owned, or legacy organizations. You will likely bring:

  • Proven executive leadership experience across technology, digital transformation, or enterprise change initiatives.
  • A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex executive environments.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to gain alignment across diverse leadership teams.
  • Experience modernizing processes, systems, and ways of working within mature organizations.
  • A pragmatic, business-first mindset that prioritizes outcomes over technology for technology's sake.
  • Industry background is open, with cultural and leadership fit being significantly more important than sector expertise.
