Job Description

  • Ensure adherence to customs regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate customs documentation and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for customs-related matters.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with customs compliance.
  • Provide guidance and training on customs compliance to relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to customs activities.
  • Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance department for audits and assessments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Supervisor should have:

  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in analysing and managing customs documentation and processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry and regulatory changes
