Job Description

  • Lead and develop a newly formed compliance team based in Manila
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management for compliance team members
  • Support and oversee compliance activities related to U.S. healthcare regulations
  • Ensure proper handling of confidential information and adherence to data privacy requirements
  • Partner with U.S.-based compliance stakeholders and business leaders
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend process improvements
  • Support audits, monitoring activities, investigations, and compliance reporting
  • Promote a culture of ethical conduct, accountability, and regulatory awareness
  • Assist in implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures across the organization

The Successful Applicant

  • Amenable to work night shift and hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH) *after initial on-site training of 3 months at BGC Office
  • Proven experience in U.S. Healthcare Compliance is a non-negotiable (not less than 5 years)
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and confidential information management
  • Experienced in managing teams, or leading compliance-related projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare shared services, GBS, BPO, or healthcare operations supporting U.S. clients is highly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with both local and international stakeholders
