The Concrete Quality Control Manager is responsible for overall management of concrete paving CQC and has the authority to act in all concrete paving CQC matters including authority to stop concrete paving work which is out of compliance.

Job Description

  • Manage and implement quality control procedures for all concrete-related activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams to address quality issues and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of mix designs for various construction projects.
  • Monitor and document material performance and quality assurance results.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations during concrete production and application.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality control best practices.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Concrete Quality Control Manager should have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in airfield concrete paving.
  • ACI Certification preferred.
  • Experience in managing quality control processes in the construction industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
