Job Description

* Lead the creative and strategic development of brand campaigns, shaping concepts and narratives that bring the brand to life and connect meaningfully with target audiences.

* Translate cross-functional briefs into clear, compelling content strategies that align with broader marketing goals and support campaign execution across channels.

* Maintain an integrated campaign calendar that maps out storytelling priorities, content cadence, channel strategies, and key placements for a cohesive brand presence.

* Provide creative and strategic direction to the Content team, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all executions.

* Collaborate with the Media Planner to align creative with paid and organic efforts, optimizing timing, placements, and formats to maximize engagement.

* Leverage performance data and audience insights to refine content strategies, improve creative outputs, and evolve formats across key platforms.

* Ensure all customer-facing content, from social media and the app to the website and in-store, is cohesive, timely, and on-brand.

* Build and manage a creative toolkit or brand playbook to ensure consistency and efficiency.

* Mentor and coach content writers, designers, and creatives to build a high performing, collaborative team.

* Identify skills gaps and lead upskilling efforts within the team (e.g., training on new creative tools or storytelling techniques)

The Successful Applicant

Responsibilities

Strong experience in strategic creative direction and campaign development across multiple platforms, with a deep understanding of go to market (GTM) planning and execution.

* Skilled at identifying key visual and messaging opportunities and creating impactful, audience-relevant content strategies that align with brand goals.

* Proficient with creative and project management tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Trello.

* Has excellent communication and confident presentation skills to clearly explain campaign direction, align teams, and provide strategic guidance. Internal Use Only

* Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments such as Growth, Product, and Lending.

* Has knowledge in social media management, with the ability to guide creative content direction and ensure day-to-day execution aligns with overall strategy.

* Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable creative improvements.

* Adaptable, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.Technical Competencies

* Translates brand and campaign objectives into clear creative briefs, inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams including Product, Lending, and Customer Experience.
