Job Description

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
  • Lead sales and procurement activities, including pricing, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee CRM usage and ensure accurate data input for business insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Head should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in plastics, chemicals, petrochemicals, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and operations management.
  • Minimum 5 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local compliance and operational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; English fluency required.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed.
