Our client is seeking a Country Manager to lead and grow its Philippines business, with primary responsibility for the Managed Print Services and Staff Augmentation divisions. The role will drive revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, and oversee local business performance while collaborating closely with regional leadership.

Job Description

  • Drive overall business growth and P&L performance in the Philippines.
  • Lead sales and business development initiatives across Managed Print Services and Staff Augmentation offerings.
  • Develop and execute country growth strategies aligned with regional objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop local commercial and operational teams.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand existing customer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership on business planning and execution.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technology services, managed services, outsourcing, staffing, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, general management, or P&L ownership.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing enterprise client relationships.
  • Experience within Managed Services, IT Solutions, Staff Augmentation, or Technology Consulting environments is highly preferred.
  • Technical background is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
