Job Description

  • CRM Strategy & Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, xsell, engagement and loyalty.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improved marketing and sales strategies.
  • Segmentation & Targeting: Create customer segments based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to improve personalization and campaign performance.
  • Campaign Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, risk and IT teams to ensure seamless CRM integration across various platforms and channels.
  • System Management: Maintain and enhance CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability for all stakeholders.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Identify and implement automation opportunities within the CRM system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Develop insights into customer journeys and lifecycle marketing, leveraging data to improve user experience and retention.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure CRM activities align with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in analytical role
  • Experience working with online products
  • Coding knowledge regardless language
  • Systematic Problem Solving
  • Data storytelling experience is required
