Job Description

  • Serve as the strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Drive profitability improvement, working capital optimisation, and cash flow management.
  • Strengthen financial governance, compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Support major capital investments, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead finance transformation, automation, and process improvement programmes.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy CFO should have:

  • CPA
  • 15 years of progressive finance leadership
  • Industry experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure
  • Proven track record in strategic finance, capital allocation, business partnering, and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong exposure to board reporting, treasury, working capital management, and corporate governance.
  • Demonstrated success leading large finance teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
