Job Description

  • Lead IT strategy development for manufacturing operations, including Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SCADA systems.
  • Manage operational technology (OT) and ensure alignment with digital manufacturing goals.
  • Supervise IT infrastructure, including network security, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Coordinate ERP (SAP) systems to improve production processes and data management.
  • Drive smart factory and digital manufacturing transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards across manufacturing systems.
  • Lead IT operations and manage cross-functional program initiatives effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, IT Manufacturing should have:

  • Expertise in manufacturing IT systems, including MES, SCADA, and digital manufacturing technologies.
  • Solid understanding of operational technology (OT) and Industry 4.0 concepts.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure management, network security, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, to support manufacturing processes.
  • Strong leadership and IT operations management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale technology programs.
