Job Description

  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor and ensure workplace adherence to safety standards and protocols.
  • Lead training programs to educate employees on environmental, health, and safety best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, providing detailed reports and preventive measures.
  • Manage waste disposal and environmental sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform EHS strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful EHS Manager should have:

  • Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing sector.
