The Engineering Change & Master Data Manager will lead engineering change management and product master data governance, ensuring the accurate execution of change processes and integrity of product information across global operations. This leadership role manages a team of three and partners closely with Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders across the US, Europe, and the Philippines.

Job Description

Work SetupLocation: Biñan, Laguna, near Paseo

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home)
  • 8AM - 5PM working schedule



Flexible Work Schedules:

  • 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM



Work Days: Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities

  • Lead Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes from concept through implementation.
  • Ensure engineering changes are properly reviewed, documented, approved, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee product master data governance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of part and product information within company systems.
  • Drive process compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business teams to support operational requirements.
  • Manage and develop a team of three direct reports.
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to standardize and improve processes across regions



QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience

  • Strong SAP knowledge, including transactions, maintenance, and operational processes.
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes.
  • Background in manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of supply chain operations and cross-functional workflows.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading engineering change processes and product master data management activities.
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience.

  • Electric Vehicle (EV) industry
