This role is responsible for driving revenue growth within an existing portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers by identifying expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, partnering with internal teams and channel partners to deliver business value and long-term customer success.

Job Description

  • Drive growth within an assigned portfolio of existing customers through strategic account expansion activities.
  • Identify, develop, and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer business objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, forecasting, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and internal stakeholders to maximize customer engagement and success.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive developments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in enterprise software, SaaS, technology, or solution-selling environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing existing customer accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and influencing complex buying decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and negotiations.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems or indirect sales channels is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), manufacturing, infrastructure, or related industries is preferred.
