Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations across multiple entities.
  • Design, configure, and enhance Business Central modules to meet business requirements.
  • Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to develop scalable ERP solutions.
  • Standardize data flows, business processes, and reporting frameworks across the organization.
  • Manage integrations between Business Central and third-party applications.
  • Develop and maintain reports using Microsoft reporting tools and JET Reports.
  • Deliver user training, onboarding, and ongoing system support to business users.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage system upgrades, environments, and vendor relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ERP Specialist should have:

  • 5-8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
  • Experience working with a Microsoft Business Central implementation partner.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, supply chain, and operational processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Accountancy.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve system and data issues under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within multinational environments.
