Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring reliable performance of building systems and utilities
  • Develop and drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
  • Oversee critical systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, compressed air, and water systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments to mitigate operational issues
  • Manage third-party vendors across security, janitorial, and technical maintenance
  • Own facilities budgets including OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring cost control and efficiency
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining uptime and operational reliability
  • Lead and develop facilities and maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Facilities Manager should have:

  • Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of facilities management experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing
  • Strong expertise in plant utilities, building systems, and maintenance strategies
  • Proven leadership managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with CAPEX planning, budgeting, and cost optimization
  • Strong knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent troubleshooting and operational decision-making skills
