Job Description

    • Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability across all restaurant and bar operations.
    • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through consistently high standards of food, service, and hospitality.
    • Establish and enforce standardized processes, SOPs, and operating procedures across all locations.
    • Improve operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and daily execution.
    • Strengthen cost management by reducing waste and controlling food, beverage, and operating expenses.
    • Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching, and succession planning.
    • Ensure full compliance with cleanliness, safety, quality, and brand standards at every outlet.
    • Lead the successful execution of business expansion, new store openings, and continuous improvement initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Fine Dining Operations Director should have:

  • Proven expertise in managing fine dining operations within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of the F&B industry and its operational demands.
