Job Description

The key responsibilities of the FDD Manager are:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end financial due diligence engagements, delivering high-quality analysis and insights to support transaction decisions.
  • Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and unusual trends.
  • Prepare and review Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) reports, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with professional standards.
  • Manage stakeholder interactions, including clients, target management teams, and cross-functional colleagues, to gather information and communicate findings effectively.
  • Supervise, review, and mentor junior team members while supporting project management and business development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FDD Manager will have:

    • A strong background in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance, or a similar field.
    • Strong passion for deal advisory and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
    • Ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate insights effectively.
    • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Effective leadership skills with experience coaching and developing junior team members.
    • Flexibility to adapt to varying engagement types, work schedules, and business requirements.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and report-writing skills.
