This role is responsible for leading end-to-end finance and accounting operations, with a strong focus on managing customer payments across multiple third-party platforms and ensuring fast, accurate, and high-volume transaction reconciliation. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver real-time financial insights, strengthen controls, and support business growth.

The company is a multinational start-up organisation. Office to be based within Metro Manila.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including reconciliation of customer payments across multiple third-party platforms, gateways, and wallets
  • Manage end-to-end financial reporting, including real-time KPI tracking and high-volume transaction monitoring
  • Ensure accuracy in deposit, withdrawal, and customer wallet accounting, maintaining strong control and audit trails
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and scalable finance systems to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has:Non-negotiables:

  • Strong expertise in fast high-volume transaction reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Proven experience handling customer payments via multiple third-party providers (e.g. payment gateways, wallets, PSPs)
  • Solid accounting knowledge, including month-end close and financial controls
  • Experience managing payroll, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills



Good-to-haves:

  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and finance automation tools
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
  • Experience building scalable finance processes and systems
