The Finance Manager will lead end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, and business analysis for a growing hospitality group operating bars and fine dining restaurants. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to strengthen finance processes and help support the company's expansion plans.

Job Description

  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing of books across multiple entities
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and business analyses
  • Partner with the CFO to improve finance processes, controls, and reporting standards
  • Support the business's growth strategy through financial planning and operational insights

The Successful Applicant

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
  • Strong experience in closing of books and financial reporting
  • Proven ability to perform financial analysis and provide business insights
  • Hands-on and capable of working independently in an individual contributor role



Preferred

  • CPA license
  • Previous managerial or supervisory experience
  • Experience working within multi-site hospitality or restaurant operations
  • Exposure to finance transformation or building in-house finance functions
