The Finance Supervisor supports daily financial operations, reporting, and analysis while working closely with the finance leadership team. The role is highly involved in forecasting, month-end closing, and preparation of financial documents across complex and fast-paced retail operations.

The company is a global sports and lifestyle retail brand. Office is based in Makati.

Job Description

  • Lead forecasting, planning, and financial reporting for the DTC channel and country-level submissions
  • Manage month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve open items across Sales and AR
  • Support financial analysis, ad‑hoc reporting, and accuracy of sales, billing, and consignment collection

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is/has:

Non‑negotiables:

  • CPA with at least 3 years of experience in finance and an audit firm
  • Strong background in preparation of financial documents in complex or industry-related projects
  • Proficient in Excel and SAP
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset



Good-to-haves / Preferred:

  • Retail or e-commerce industry experience
