This opportunity is with a global organisation operating a high-performing finance shared services centre in Pasay City, Metro Manila. The team supports multiple international entities across Europe and North America and offers exposure to senior finance leadership and complex multinational operations.

Job Description

The Financial Controller will

  • Own legal entity financial controllership and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Review and sign off on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Lead month-end closing and financial statement preparation activities.
  • Analyse balance sheet and P&L accounts and investigate material variances.
  • Partner with Regional CFOs, Finance Directors, and key business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with group accounting policies, IFRS, GAAP, and internal controls.
  • Drive pre-close reviews and coordinate with AP, Treasury, FP&A, and Accounting teams.
  • Support complex accounting matters, accruals, intercompany transactions, and statutory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
  • Strong Finance Controller, Financial Reporting, or Entity Controllership experience.
  • Proven experience managing legal entity financial statements.
  • Background supporting multinational or international organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
  • Experience with month-end close, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience from multinational companies such as healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or SSC environments is highly preferred.
