The client is a growing Shared Service providing transaction advisory and financial due diligence support across a broad range of engagements and geographies. It offers a collaborative environment where professionals work with global teams, develop deep transaction expertise, and contribute to complex deals.

Job Description

  • Lead and review financial due diligence engagements from planning through delivery.
  • Prepare and review transaction databooks, workbooks, and supporting analyses.
  • Manage document requests, data collection, and data room processes.
  • Draft and review key due diligence report sections, including Quality of Earnings and financial summaries.
  • Prepare management discussion materials and participate in management meetings and calls.
  • Perform debt, debt-like, net working capital, and other transaction-related analyses.
  • Collaborate with onshore stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
  • Leverage technology tools and analytical techniques to generate actionable insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • CA or MBA qualified with 7-10 years of Financial Due Diligence experience in a Big 4 or similar Transaction Advisory environment.
  • Strong FDD expertise across buy-side and sell-side transactions, including Quality of Earnings, due diligence reporting, financial analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage engagements, and collaborate effectively with onshore deal teams.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and commercial acumen, with advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • M&A experience, exposure to Alteryx/Power BI, and industry or international transaction exposure are advantageous but not essential.
