The Financial Reporting Manager leads the Finance and Accounting team, with responsibility for financial reporting, billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash flow management, and financial governance.

Job Description

Financial Reporting & Governance

  • Lead the month-end and year-end financial close process.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Coordinate external and internal audits.



Billing, Accounts Receivable & Collections

  • Lead end-to-end billing and invoicing operations.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Collections to improve cash flow and collection efficiency.
  • Monitor customer aging, overdue accounts, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Develop and strengthen collection strategies and credit control practices.
  • Work closely with Operations and Commercial teams to resolve billing issues and improve customer experience.



Working Capital & Business Performance

  • Drive initiatives to improve working capital and cash conversion.
  • Improve billing accuracy and collection effectiveness.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Develop meaningful dashboards and management reporting that support business decisions.



Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team.
  • Establish high standards of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build scalable finance processes that support regional growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial or people leadership role.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Financial Reporting
    • General Accounting
    • Billing
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Collections
    • Working Capital Management
