Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements for hedge and private equity funds.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and relevant reporting standards.
  • Prepare and review regulatory FAR forms for investment funds.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior and senior team members.
  • Support training and capability-building initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Partner with global teams, auditors, and stakeholders on complex matters.
  • Investigate reporting issues and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor reporting tools and templates for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support managers in maintaining team performance and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fund Financial Reporting Supervisor should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 6 to 9 years' experience handling investment fund financial statements.
  • 2 to 3 years of financial statement review experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS exposure preferred.
  • Solid understanding of fund structures and fund administration.
  • CPA, CA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative professional.
