You will lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support for supply chain operations, influencing key business and investment decisions.

About Our Client

The company is a global manufacturing and consumer products business. Office is based in Cebu, with occasional international travel.

Job Description

  • Partner with procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain leaders to drive cost efficiency and performance across global sites
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and supply chain performance reporting
  • Provide decision support and financial modelling for sourcing, investments, and operational improvements
  • Oversee working capital, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain finance processes

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

Non-negotiables:

  • Minimum 10 years of FP&A / Finance Business Partnering experience
  • Strong background in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance
  • Willing to be based in Cebu or relocate if necessary



Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience in global or multi-site manufacturing environments
  • Leadership experience with direct reports or cross-functional teams
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
