Job Description

  • Develop and manage financial planning and analysis processes to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Controller should have:

  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in the industrial/manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
