Job Description

The key responsibilities of the FP&A Head are:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the FP&A team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Head will have

  • A strong background in Accounting & Finance, particularly FP&A, within the Business Services industry.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Experience in managing financial teams and driving performance improvements.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
