Job Description

  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems and tools to improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Tower Lead should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • CPA
  • 7+ years experience in FP&A
  • Experience with MNC/SSC or BPO firms
  • 4+ years leadership experience
