About Our Client

Our client is a well-established logistics and freight forwarding organization providing end-to-end transportation and supply chain solutions to a diverse client base.

Job Description

  • Support the management of end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea, and land shipments.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and timely delivery.
  • Oversee shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, shipping instructions, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor shipment status, proactively resolve issues or delays, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in negotiating freight rates and service contracts with carriers and logistics partners.
  • Lead, train, and supervise freight forwarding staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and internal operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and operational performance, and contribute to reporting and process improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Non-Negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience).
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics, with proven exposure to similar roles or responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding operations, customs clearance, and transportation regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and freight management systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to manage multiple shipments under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on-site in McKinley, Taguig City.



Good-to-Haves

  • 5-10 years of total industry experience within freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Experience leading or supervising operational teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent reporting, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Market knowledge and the ability to build strong client and vendor relationships.
