About Our Client

The company is a real estate development and property investment platform. Office is based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Job Description

  • Lead the management of funding vehicles, capital deployment, cash flows, and fund performance across multiple real estate developments.
  • Structure and optimise project-level and portfolio-level funding solutions to support business growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, debt providers, institutional investors, and other funding partners while leading financing negotiations.
  • Prepare investor and management reporting, ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory, and reporting requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fund Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the property industry and market trends.



Attention to detail and the ability to Ideal CandidateNon-Negotiable / Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in fund management, investment management, corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or structured finance.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, debt financing, capital deployment, and investor reporting.
  • Experience managing institutional funds, investment vehicles, or large-scale funding programmes.
  • Proven experience negotiating and managing debt facilities, financing arrangements, and funding agreements.
  • Excellent financial modelling, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong network within Philippine banking institutions and financial markets.
  • Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in execution and fund operations.



Good-to-Have / Preferred

  • Experience in real estate funds, property development financing, infrastructure financing, or related asset classes.
  • Exposure to international lenders, debt funds, or regional investment firms.
  • Background in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, capital markets, treasury, or corporate finance.
  • Experience supporting capital raising, fundraising, or investor relations activities.
  • Existing relationships with institutional investors and funding partners.
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards.
