Job Description

  • Own the overall market strategy and execution for the Philippines
  • Identify, develop, and close strategic enterprise opportunities with leading local organizations
  • Build and manage relationships with C-suite executives, founders, and business leaders
  • Act as the face of the business in-market, establishing credibility within the local technology and enterprise ecosystem
  • Partner closely with global leadership, product, and delivery teams to drive customer success
  • Navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Develop scalable go-to-market initiatives that accelerate market penetration and revenue growth
  • Help shape local operations, partnerships, and expansion strategies as the business continues to scale
  • Drive a culture of execution, accountability, and customer obsession
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and provide feedback that influences product and commercial direction



The Successful Applicant

  • Significant experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, AI, data, or venture-backed startup environments
  • A proven track record of building, scaling, or leading businesses, functions, or markets through periods of rapid growth
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience selling complex solutions to large enterprises
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity, operate with limited structure, and create momentum from the ground up
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Strong operational rigor alongside commercial and strategic acumen
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-moving environments where speed matters
  • Deep understanding of the local business landscape and strong professional networks across enterprise organizations
  • Exceptional intellectual horsepower and problem-solving ability

Strongly Preferred Backgrounds

  • Former management consultants from top-tier firms who have subsequently moved into operating, growth, or commercial leadership roles
  • Early-stage or scale-up leaders who have successfully grown businesses through significant stages of expansion
  • Founding, country management, general management, or P&L ownership experience
  • Exposure to AI, data, automation, cloud, or digital transformation solutions
