Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end operations of a manufacturing plant, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and production performance
  • Drive engineering-led operational excellence, improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing plant utilisation
  • Take full ownership of P&L performance, including cost control, margin improvement, and delivery of business targets
  • Oversee technical, engineering, and maintenance functions, ensuring reliability and scalability of operations
  • Identify and implement process and performance improvements across all areas of the plant
  • Partner with commercial teams to align production capabilities with customer demand and business growth
  • Build and develop a high-performing operations and engineering team, with a strong focus on capability and leadership development
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this C-Suite role should have:

  • Proven experience leading a manufacturing plant or large-scale production operations
  • Strong background in engineering, technical operations, or process-driven manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated track record in driving operational excellence and improving plant performance
  • Experience managing P&L, cost structures, and operational efficiency
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Worked in a Multinational Company
  • Open to applicants across Asia
