Job Description

    • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people and organisational strategies.
    • Advise and coach leadership teams on performance, engagement, accountability, and change management.
    • Lead organisation design, workforce planning, and succession planning for critical roles.
    • Drive leadership development and capability-building initiatives in collaboration with specialist HR teams.
    • Champion culture, engagement, and diversity initiatives aligned to organisational values.
    • Ensure consistent application of HR governance, policies, and people processes.
    • Use people data and insights to inform decision-making, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Business Partners to deliver high-quality HR support.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working in global or shared services environments.
  • Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering within large, complex, or matrix organisations.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on people strategy and transformation.
  • Strong expertise in organisation design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
