Job Description

    • Develop and execute the passenger marketing and brand strategy.
    • Own the annual marketing roadmap aligned to business priorities and cultural moments.
    • Drive awareness, consideration, trial, repeat bookings, and customer retention.
    • Lead integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, influencer, and experiential channels.
    • Manage marketing budgets and optimize channel investments to maximize ROI.
    • Build and manage strategic partnerships that drive visibility and customer growth.
    • Oversee social media, community-building, and advocacy initiatives.
    • Monitor brand health, campaign performance, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
    • Partner closely with Product, CRM, Performance Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.



The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience managing brands end-to-end from strategy and operations through execution.
    • Strong background in annual planning, brand strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Experience managing marketing budgets and media investments.
    • Ability to translate consumer insights into commercial and brand outcomes.
    • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability.
    • Previous people management experience highly preferred.
    • Commercially minded, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
