Job Description

The Head of Finance will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead finance activities to provide accurate and timely financial information for business decisions.
  • Oversee financial planning and reporting processes within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Review financial results and highlight key trends for relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear finance records and reporting standards across assigned activities.
  • Coordinate finance priorities to support consistent delivery of business plans.
  • Provide financial insight that helps teams understand business performance.
  • Monitor finance processes and identify practical ways to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to align financial information with operational needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for the Head of Finance will have the following:

  • CPA with 13+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership exposure.
  • Strong background in FP&A, accounting, controls, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven business partner with experience driving transformation initiatives.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional teams and complex operations.
  • Commercially minded finance leader who balances strategy with execution.
  • Track record of improving processes, controls, and business performance.
  • Comfortable operating in a multinational, matrixed environment.
  • Advanced degree and experience partnering with regional leadership are advantageous.
