Job Description

    • Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with the organisation's business objectives and growth agenda.
    • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and organisational culture.
    • Drive leadership development, learning and development programmes, and talent management frameworks across the business.
    • Build and strengthen succession planning processes to ensure a sustainable leadership pipeline.
    • Modernise HR policies, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, governance, and employee experience.
    • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and provide strategic HR advisory support.
    • Oversee talent acquisition activities and support the scaling of recruitment capabilities as hiring requirements increase.
    • Lead organisational change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
    • Utilise people data and insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
    • Manage and develop the HR team while promoting best-practice HR standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading the HR function in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in employee engagement, talent management, organisational development, and culture transformation.
  • Strong track record of building succession plans and leadership development programmes.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and influencing strategic business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High levels of integrity, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Ability to operate with urgency, sound judgement, and strong execution capability.



Nice to Have

  • Experience working within multinational or highly structured corporate environments.
  • Exposure to periods of business growth, organisational transformation, or cultural change.
