Job Description

  • Lead and manage the software development team to deliver innovative financial services technology solutions.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable platforms using modern technologies like Java, .NET, and Node.js.
  • Develop and implement cloud architecture strategies on platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Ensure seamless integration of APIs and microservices to enhance system interoperability.
  • Drive the modernization of legacy systems into advanced, scalable platforms.
  • Champion the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust financial data platforms.
  • Ensure systems are designed for performance, scalability, and security in alignment with business needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Software Development should have:

  • A strong background in software engineering and development management.
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture, including AWS or Azure.
