Job Description

  • Corporate Strategy: Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and business priorities across the organisation.
  • Strategic Project Management: Lead high-impact strategic and transformation projects from evaluation through execution.
  • Performance Management: Track business performance, strategic objectives, and key organisational metrics.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Analyse healthcare market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Executive & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop executive and board-level materials and collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy.
  • Strong healthcare industry experience required.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives and senior stakeholders.
  • Exposure to board-level presentations and executive discussions.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working as an individual contributor.
