The HR Business Partner will provide strategic, operational, and consultative HR support to leaders across the organization. This role is responsible for driving people strategies, strengthening talent capabilities, and fostering an engaged and high‑performing culture.

Job Description

1. Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on all HR‑related matters.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Leverage people data, metrics, and analytics to support business decision‑making.



2. Talent Management & Development

  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and capability-building programs.
  • Identify skills gaps and recommend targeted learning and development interventions.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, manpower needs, and talent pipelines.



3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Manage employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and compliance.
  • Promote a positive culture through organizational engagement initiatives.
  • Support conflict resolution and strengthen employee-manager relationships.



4. Performance Management

  • Guide leaders on goal-setting, coaching, and performance review processes.
  • Support performance improvement plans when applicable.



5. Organizational Development

  • Assist in organizational design projects, restructures, and change‑management efforts.
  • Facilitate team development activities, culture sessions, and leadership interventions.



6. Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Recommend updates to HR policies as required.



7. HR Operations & Analytics

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D).
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leaders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of HR experience, including strong exposure to HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly preferred: Experience in clinics, hospitals, medical support services, or healthcare operations.
